Being an athlete and an Ironman himself (Australia, 2019), he lives and breathes athleticism. His optimism resonates through every aspect of his leadership as the Chairman of Yash Group of Companies and as the President of the Nashik Millets Association for over a decade.
With remarkable social and cultural contributions during the pandemic, and initiatives such as collaborating with IIMR for direct procurement of millets from farmers and co-operatives, Mr. Chhoriya has left a lasting impact on both the industry and society.

Yash Food Processors Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2001 by the visionary Late Mr. Subhashchandra N. Chhoriya, a Chartered Accountant by profession and an inventor by passion.
Through dedicated research and development and consistent innovation, the company has become one of India’s leading food processing conglomerates in the field of little millets, headquartered in the millet heartland of Nashik. Yash Group was the first to introduce modern technology like the colour sorter machine in India and also pioneered the dust elimination system in processing plants — a path-defining innovation that not only enhanced production efficiency but also prioritized human health and environmental welfare.
These visionary steps and consistent efforts have led to Sonpari Bhagar becoming a household name across India within just two decades of operation. Over the years, the company has grown into a dominant force in the country’s millet industry.
